更新车库门的cable

某天开车库门的时候，发现怎么房子歪了，

仔细一看，原来是车库门歪了。

一检查，一边的cable靠门下的一端锈断了。

打个电话请人维修，人工加材料200元。

得了，自己搞吧。

cable就是钢丝绳。

先备备材料和工具吧：

根据售货员的推荐

1、买条钢丝绳cable 1/8 7x7 1.71

2、买袋小铝固紧环 sleevs wire rope 1/8 in. 6pc 2.99

3、买袋大铝固紧环 sleevs splic 10pc 6.99

4、买个 fence tool 11 inch. 11.99 （US产的40）

2、3、4、白花钱，

用4、根本没办法夹紧2、3、

自己去买了 C rope sleevs 1.9

换的顺序：

1、把cable 断成与旧的同长

2、用C rope sleevs 夹紧 cable的一端，固定在门上方的轮子上

3、把 cable 从上往下穿下来，在另一端做成一个环，用C rope sleevs 夹住

4、从门下角拆下带有固定桩子的铁片，把3、的环套在上面、拉紧、夹紧

5、把 4、 的铁片装回去

6、调整2、中的轮子，然后上紧

将车库门上升到顶部，调平后安装cable要容易得多，可保证左右cable等长，紧张度一直。

Normally the tension not need to change. They are working on same axle.
After door raised to the top, there should have no tension in the Spring.

When door drop, tension build up. This tension help slow down door do down, and help lift the door up.

You don't need to replace the whole cable. only the broken part in the bottom. buy one feet cable and two or three 铝固紧环.
This way you need no adjustment.

店员让我买这个，使用双手夹的，我发现靠人力根本不可能夹紧，

用锤敲吧，一头是尖的，其实用钳子还好过用这玩意儿。我给退了。

门上升到顶部后，空间好像太小，因为你要把环调到不会脱出。
