Position Summary - Sales Manager
Candidate must be highly motivated individual ready to be a part of a successful growing company
Promote and sell Bell Mobility and Solo, Bell TV, Home phone and Fibe Internet
Ability to generate good volume sales
Understanding of the market and product line
Provide direct coaching sessions with staff to improve overall performance
Scheduling & monitoring activities
Managing multiple functions and responsibilities
Excellent communication skills
Enjoy talking with people and have a positive, outgoing personality
Possessing excellent customer service skills
Maintaining and monitoring the sales department incliding inventory control
Participate in related association, tradeshow and customer events
Professional attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
The successful candidate for this position must have experience working in sales and must have knowledge of Bell services.
