哪些植物喜阴？

我家后院有块地方晒不到什么太阳，草长得稀稀拉拉的，苔藓倒长了不少。
想吧那块地收拾一下种些花或蔬菜，不知有什么喜阴的植物可以推荐？
另外怎样防止在开出的地上再长出草来？要盖上些东西吗？

Hosta is very commonly available here and they do very well in the shade.
Lily of the Valley is pretty, and it will do well in shade or partial shade too.

这个我也想知道. 那种木屑屑样子的东西是保湿的吧, 如果盖上应该更湿吧? 不知道能不能盖.

Mulch 和土之间要加一层布（garden centre都有卖）， 不然草还是会长出来。
