depends.
i installed two openers and each opener remote has 3 buttons so you can control upto 3 openers on one remote. (jealous for those who have 3 doors garage)
someone chooses only install one that is most often used, and other one still manual. if you use both doors it's better to install two imho.

兄弟，这个真的不值。当初半价＄145，阿土都没要。如果实在喜欢chain的，选239那个。但那个是sears的主打，据说从来不特价。

good to know. i just saw that on sears.ca and thought it could be a good deal.
i already bought mine a few months ago from home depot, 3/4hp belt drive, with 2 car remote, wall remote, motion sensor with temperature wall control, and a in door remote (so far didn't figure out yet what is that for), for $225. if you have room above your garage, belt drive should be a better choice.
