怎样申请OU的RESIDENCE

听说OU的RESIDENCE很难申请的?我想问一下,今年8月来读MBA的是否能申请到?

This year is really hard
this year is double cohort year, doubled amount of people will entering university and more of the rooms are reserved for these students. So, better come here early to find yourself a room near School.

听说学校一般本科要求B以上才能申请，但是如果读MBA的话，是否容易一些，因为学校网站上讲好象对于刚来的 ，在渥太华没有房子的，会较容易些申请。

currently the minimun entry requirement for undergrads are about B, so pretty much they receive preference than graduate students, i heard. Beside living in residence is a lot expensive than off campus, i have been in some of the res, rooms are so small, shared kitchen with entire floor of people. Unless you apply for Brooks, which is pretty much impossible to get one unless your are taking over someobe else's lease.why don;t you try to come to Ottawa early and find yourself a room off campus? you will find it a lot convenient and cheaper.

请问off-campus的房子，furnished，包水电，暖气冷气，电话，cable，internet的一般多少钱合理？我看过一些租房的帖子，上面都说电话是local的，要想打国际的怎么办？我对房子的要求是不是太高了，请有经验的人帮忙指点一下，上面有关房子的条件是不是有些没有必要呀？谢谢！

around 350-450/mth not include cable, and so on.
