【求助】房子漏水咋整呀？保险公司管吗？builder管吗？

今天一楼厨房的天花板突然漏水了 房子有7年保修 但是貌似那个保修不管漏水这些问题的 是吗？
另外我们买的房屋保险对warter damage有1W的limit 这种情况是不是应该给保险公司打电话呢？另外修的话是先自己修再报保险呢 还是现在就给保险公司打电话呢？

上边不是浴缸 正上方是楼上ensuit 和 walking closet中间的一堵墙 离的最近的是马桶和洗手盆 楼上没有任何痕迹 要修的话 估计要把墙或者天花板打开吧？ 修这种东西 应该找谁呀？

How long have you moved into this house? Is it brand new? If so, I think you should call you builder first. Ask them to fix it.

Try to contact ur builder, explain what happened and ask they to check.

My friend's house has similar thing, it's caused by a rusted nail(the contractor put the drywall, the nail went through the pipe os water. after 7 years, the nail was rusted so the water leaks from therel.

But ur house is only three years old. so shouldn't be the same as my friend's.

if builder says no. then ask ur insurance to do it.

to fix it, u may need to cut the ceiling. but don't worry, they will fix it so nothing an be noticed.
