garage ceiling insulation

我家的车库屋顶已经作过保暖在我买之前，但是车库上的房间非常冷。我想重做，单不知道 价格上有多大区别：spray foam and batt.
is there one way I don't need to remove the drywall on the ceiling in garage?

It is a common problem. I doubt you could make it better by redoing the insulation. Many times it is not the insulation but the heat. Because that room has the longest distance from the furnace, there is not enough heat goes there. Install some electric baseboard should fix that.

spray foarm会比普通的好，不过价格贵不少，不过你要确定一下是保暖问题还是供暖问题

I am assuming you have a forced air furnace. If so, on each ducting that comes out of the furnace, there is an adjustable louvre, for lack of a better word. You can adjust the amount of hot air flowing through each duct. I am not sure how well these ducts are labelled in a new house though.

the temperate in that bedroom is much lower than the hallway in the winter. I have to close that door to prevent cold out to hallway. I didn't measure but I can feel very different, we can't live in that room.
I still don't know it is 保暖问题还是供暖问题, but how to find this out?

this weekend, I cut a small piece of drywall from the ceiling of garage. I can see between the wall of the bedroom and the roof on the garage, there is a triangle hollow part, air can go to the wall of the bedroom and no insulation there.
for the pipe I still don't know how it goes from furnace to bedroom yet.
it may be the pipe not insulated then heat lost.

how professional guys test it?

No insulation? check the building code, it should be insulated or by heat duct pipe running there to meet R15(value to prevent heat loss). I might be wrong with the R value, please do check the build code from city.
