this is a very nice place, I would like to rent it out, because I am moving somewhere else with a very good friend together. I got to tell you guys, it is REALLY VERY VERY hard to find a room at this type of location which is super close to University of Ottawa for THIS price. some people even rent out their living room for similar price. but at my place you have your own bedroom.
