动车自动防追尾系统是不是根本就没启动?

好象说是调度命令人为地shut down 了。改人工控制了。

您这个aircraft standards是西方的标准吧? 在中国可能什么都被改成"具有中国特色了"。看来高铁的信号系统根本没有通过雷电的testing就使用了。

The aircraft standards are international. The Chinese government has adopted those standards themselves and Chinese produced aircraft is required to meet those standards.
Aircraft industry and standards lead the way in electronic/software certification, apparently the railway industry lags behind and it is not surprising.
