在哪里申报计算机？

我准备回国，想带上笔记本电脑，请问在哪里申报，是ottawa机场还是vancouver机场，大概需要多长时间，我在vancouver的转机时间只有1个多小时，不知道来不来的及。多谢！

You'd better get a card from the Custom at Ottawa Airport, "Identification fo Articles for temporary exportation", an green card with black letters. When you come back, you can just show this card to the custom officer, indicating it's not bought outside of Canada. Therefore, no taxes will be put on this laptop.
Go to the "Exit" port of Ottawa Airport, and pick up the phone on the wall next to the usually closed window. And someone will come to you shortly.
