Orleans现在已经变成设施最完善，生活最方便的小区了。当然，房价也涨得不清不楚了。

房价不清不楚是什么意思？大涨还是大跌了，或是等于不涨不迭？反正是自己住，不是投资房，不在乎涨跌啦。

Orleans除了购物方便以外， 我现在最体会到的是孩子去Colonel By上学坐车方便，比上Local高中还方便。虽然从九月份几乎所有到Colonel By 以6打头的车子都取消了， 但是增开了130， 135 等直达ColonelBy的公车， 还是几乎覆盖到整个Orleans地区。刚碰到一位家长， 为了孩子上ColonelBy， 把家从Kanata搬到了Orleans。

如果从Orleans到Downtown的轻轨早日建起来就更完美了，轻轨的路线都留好了。据说把从Blair到Downtown的轻轨建好了，下一步优先考虑Orleans的轻轨了。

刚碰到一位家长， 为了孩子上ColonelBy， 把家从Kanata搬到了Orleans。

Can you tell me what is so good about Colonel By HS? Is because of the IB courses? To be honest, mass majority of HS in Ottawa is about the same in terms of their academic results. Of course, except Lisgar which is a premium secondary school (I know I am being bias here, what can I say, that was my school).

As far as I concern, no school in Ottawa that deserves people to relocate. It should have been the other way around.

不说等10年，按加拿大的办事效率，能在有生之年看到轻轨通车就很满意了。憧憬一下，等到那时七老八十了，不适合开车了，坐着轻轨到处转悠一下。我家房子离那规划中的轻轨大站走路才几分钟的路程。
