我家搬远郊区县，就是CUSTOM 小BUILDER，没几个人。
我还要在这里抱怨一下。干个活那叫个慢啊。
而且没比大公司细哪儿去。还是粗心大意CLOSING以后很多小东西没做完。
不过有一点，他们的FOUNDATION 和INSULATION全部最高标准。
楼主不要忘记升级水龙头，你家MAPLE这么好的橱柜，一定要掏钱升级个TOUCH TECH的水龙头。我觉得物有所值。

慢工出细活。。
应该比别的builder好多了。。。

foundation很重要。虽然看不见~~
你家builder真是不错。要紧的地方不马虎。。

水龙头，我也超级同意。
不过我们家要等拿房了再请人做台面，换水龙头。。
能不能举例说说touch tech的水龙头。。我还没有研究过水龙头~~~

我们是打算以后自己装pull out的。要不然最底下，最深处的东西拿也不好拿。。
我想pull out的应该比抽屉好装吧？

自己装难吗？在哪里买材料？

我比较倾向于选这种Pull down faucet不需要另外加vegie spray

因为我们的builder，quartz要的价格我觉得超出我的心理价位，所以打算请人装。。同时换水池，水龙头。。
可能要请一个plumber。因为安装台面的人没有证，不能给你关水阀什么的。不过自己应该也能搞定。。
安装台面的会根据你买的水龙头，切割好。安装就是你自己的事情了，要么请人弄。。

我的是这种。楼上说的对，PULL DOWN的好。。刚才贴错了。。因为水池子不是方形的，所以只留一个洞，就变成这种PULL DOWN的

奥，没说清楚，我是问按照Pull out waste can 的安装和购买材料问题。后来看他们谈水龙头，就跑题了又扯到Pull down faucet去了。

不过还是欢迎来家里玩啦。。。

可是还是有遗憾的，很大的遗憾，就是我其实是喜欢wall mount的抽油烟机的，可是居然忘了把装抽油烟机的地方的吊柜让minto去掉，只能装普通样式的抽油烟机了。。

你可以自己把吊柜去掉，就几个螺丝。然后装上wall mount的抽油烟机

应该是30吧。
另外，善意提醒正在monarch 做橱柜design的同志们，该抓紧的就抓紧，否则晚了，到年底又涨价了。我是去年8月买的房，被安排到12月去做橱柜升级，比一起买房但是早做的多花好几千，没有如此不讲理的！

我理解第一个是shaker,第二个是slab.

slab无疑是最contemporary的, 不喜欢的人会觉得太工业化, 缺乏家庭气氛.

shaker,我觉得是比较中间的style, 既比较低调不象traditional的 有太多details, , 又不象slab那么完全smooth. 所以接受的人最多.

我个人还是更喜欢slab. 不过我觉得这种风格是越高越漂亮, 而且担心molding会好看吗? 加到41''象我家现在这样,好看是好看, 就是太不实用了, 价钱又贵.
