违规左转ticket，上法庭么？

在多伦多周日晚上10点多要去CHinatown和一朋友吃饭， 在某个路口，黑灯瞎火，也没看路上标志，加上路不熟悉，看到车有从右往左行，就左转了，被警察抓住。$110, 估计扣2个点 （disobey sign....)。

问大家

1）有必要上法庭？胜算？

2） 只有15天交罚单， 必要找告票专家，比如OTT？

How to choose option 3 (TRIAL option)?


All friends in Toronto suggest i go to court but

I cannot go to Toronto within 15 days (before Sept 19).

Will I automatically receive the notification for trial if I don't pay the fine $110 before Sept 19?

我的理解，15天之内你需要选择一个option，如果你选3，法庭排期通常都要好几个月甚至明年都有可能。如果你很快搬去GTA，上庭应该没什么问题

你在罚单上选3，然后按地址寄回去就行

I did a bit research online, then decided to file no guilty. All you need to do is download the form online and file it up. then Fax or attached ot to email to your friend, Let your friend file it in any courts in TO. I was told it will get court date in about 6 month when my fiend filed it for me.

If you pay the fine you are guilty, why not go to court to try your luck. Going to court won't cost you anything, just time.
