违规左转ticket，上法庭么？

The website @Toronto city mentions "You an agent or representative over the age of 16 must file a Notice of Intention to Appear (NIA) in person at any POA court location in the GTA within 15 days of receiving the ticket. After 15 days, the request must be made at the POA court location indicated on the back of the ticket.". I guess you have not read the above statement. I filed up a NIA form and asked my friend in Richmond Hill to submit it to

Hello,
Unfortunately, you must appear in person (as outlined on the reverse of your ticket) to request trial. Within fifteen days of the offence that can be done at any POA office in the City.
They are : 137 Edward St. (Dundas and university)
1530 Markham Rd.(Markham and Milner)
2700 Eglington Ave. W.(Blackcreek and Eglington in the York Civic Centre)
or at the POA office in ottawa which is located at:

Should more than fifteen days elapse, you may still be able to request trial. This could be done at the court of issue only( 137 Edward St .) You should ensure a conviction has not been registered before attending to request trial.

If the trial is really done at PO court in Ottawa, i guess the policeman will not appear to the court and then I will win automatically. LOL

选上庭, 要翻译, 到时候如果警察和翻译都来了就申请延期, 下一次还是警察和翻译都来就接受和解, 一般是不扣分罚款减半.
你也可以不和解试着找些理由: 刚从渥村来大城市, 天黑路不熟blablabla. 反正不会加重处罚, 无非就是罚款不减半了.
选上庭, 真上庭和再上庭都得亲自去, 时间太宝贵就算了.

反正我在York Region的Richmond Hill法庭申请trial, 但不知是不是也在那里上庭，反正那里离我新办公室挺近，多伦多市的警察跑到那里也不远（20－30KM).

我是想既然渥村民在多伦多得HTA Ticket可在渥村PO法庭申请trial, 如果也在这里开庭的话，对多伦多警察也太不公了吧，
