很旧的车（并有破损bumper）如何处理

有辆很旧的车（02年，200,000公里，前后bumper都有破损），不知道怎样处理合适？先谢谢啦！

Car brand name?
If American car, cost to fix is more than the remaining value of the car. If your is 15 years, and if you retire the car (unfortunately the program is over), Federal will give you 300 CAD, plus GM/Hyundai will give you 1000 CAD to buy a new car....

If I were you, I won't fix those bumpers.
