Bell residence line monthly charge increased to $28

Just received this month bill. The basic charge increased from $18 to $21.25, plus additional CR008186 $3.03/month charge.

Does anyone experience the same increase?

italkbb 吧， 主要是打中国，这边的电话手机都能解决了，不在乎话音质量。现在还在观察，TEKSAVVY CABLE的PEAK HOUR CONGESTION是我最大的顾虑
