The condominium development proposes two rows of townhouses (3 storeys); for a total of 16 units, along Mersey Drive. These units will be accessed via a new private internal road at the rear of the units. The units will include front entrances and walkway connections to Mersey Drive. The proposal also includes five blocks of stacked units (3.5 storeys), consisting of 60 dwelling units in total. Two blocks of the stacked units are proposed to front Klondike Road and three blocks will be created around a private common amenity area including a parkette.
