ENBRIDGE的 Drain Water Heat Recovery unit有用不？

ENBRIDGE好像一般不忽悠吧？有谁用过或者有研究的吗？
据说能节省百分之40的用水呐

How does a drain water heat recovery unit work?
Water from showers or hot water processes contains a significant amount of energy that goes directly down the drain. Installing a drain water heat recovery system means you can recycle some of that energy.


Wastewater from the shower flows down the inner wall of the copper pipe and preheats the fresh water from the water supply system which is simultaneously ascending through the coiled copper tubes. The preheated fresh water will therefore be warmer when it enters the water heater, and subsequently when it is sent to the shower.


How the drain water heat recovery system works

Advantages
The water heater uses less energy for heating water to the desired temperature;
The water heater supplies hot water longer;
The system requires no maintenance and has a service life of 30-50 years.

终于搞清了原理，Home Depot也有卖，几百刀到上千刀：

homedepot 有一个图，这个热交换的铜管缠到左边下水道上，洗澡洗衣用完的热水会把这个铜管加热；右边铜管是冷水的上水，截断铜管，用白色软管把从下面铜管的冷水引到左边热交换铜管内，绕着下水道旋转n圈，就被加热了，然后另一根白色软管把水引回右侧上半截铜管上，这水就温热了，下水道的热量被利用了。。。

有用没有用不好说，增加这么多的接头，会不会增加很多漏水的隐患？

我是觉得洗衣洗澡水里“添加剂”长时间会不会腐蚀铜管，或者干脆堵塞？
