I'm preparing for my interview, and found this is the hardest one:

How would you integrate into a new team so that you can be productive but also fit into the culture?

How to answer this? what should I focus on? Any suggestions? :blowzy:

thanks, thanks, thanks

:D:D standard question in interview...

Generally speaking, one needs to be constructive and open-minded when joining a new team. It is also important to keep regular communication with colleagues and supervisors. Avoiding conflicts by using various skills (such as private meetings, consulting with supervisors etc) is also essential.

In order to be productive, one needs to adapt to the new environment and processes based on one's skills and experiences. Identify priorities of work, make contribution to areas one is good at, share knowledge etc could contribute to productivity.
