"loosen that fixation on 60 Hz.", is this the reason? What does "loosen" mean? it doesn't say "changing". As long as it is on a fixed frequency, I don't see any issues it will lead to. But if "loosen" means the frequency will not be consistent anymore, oops, I don't know what it means.

BTW, 60 HZ is not international standard. It is 50HZ in China.
