Given their similar great contributions to the world in Science & Technology domain, Bill gates wins in the domain of giving out most of his wealth to good causes such as fighting poverty and supporting medical research for cancer/HIV/etc.

As for Jobs' family & relatives, I hope they do NOT end up in court fighting for his left-behind wealth.
