It seems the dispute was resolved. The plumber is rational and reasonable and seems to know how to make his business sustainable.

The issue here is not paying for someone's work and then defaming that person.

I think this type of person, LZ as one, is disgusting.

我的一个房子跟楼主的房子发生过一样的情况。。。就是马桶下面的一个黄色的像橡胶还是腻子的一个圈老旧所以导致漏水。

但是我找水管师傅只收了我 ￥60 （我的房子在多伦多。）

我就是想感慨下。。城市和城市差距太大了。。。

呵呵，我们自己换的，只花了15刀买了wax ring。其实很容易的，就是要搬起马桶，只要家里有个男的就可以干。

If a water spot appears directly below a toilet, I would say 9 out of 10 times it is because the toilet bowl wax seat has been compromised. That the plumber did not recognize it tells me he is rather green. That being said, LZ should have paid anyway and try to find another plumber next time.

你装修师傅答应多少钱把活做好。没做好还要向人要钱啊。 我也会拒付这100刀。

It is OK to refuse paying.

It is not OK to defame a worker whom you didn't pay.

This is because the 'conflict' is resolved. One shouldn't then stab at the back.

See my point ? Stabbing at the back is despicable.

没经验啊。当时以为要坏了。也是楼下天花板能看到那种黄色的水印。。

还以为得是特别浩大的工程。 没想到师傅来了。10分钟解决了。。。

本来楼下的天花板也想让这个师傅给刷了。人家说让我们自己去HOMEDEPOT买油漆自己刷。 找他花钱多不合适。比一比就看出差距了。
