给x师傅的一封信

我真的服了你们了。
一个cheap的人，为了100多块钱，网上来诉苦，
一帮无聊的人，为了这个破话题居然回复近400多条。
我总算搞明白”时间就是用来被浪费的“这句话的含义了。
像这种帖子，放在国内任何一个论坛，都会被鄙视，回顾绝对不会超过50个，
太丢脸了。

The reason is LZ tried to use this site to defame the contract worker and deprive him of potential business opportunities.

LZ guessed the contract worker might win most business from Chinese and that is why LZ selected this site.

Our response is to show LZ that his nasty behavior is not accepted by most people here.

The postings are to teach LZ a lesson or send him a message. This is also to maintain CFC's reputation as a place visited mostly by reasonable people.

So, not completely waste of time

至于老闲, 你听他的? 他就是语不惊人心不死, 故意说话气人的主
他还说他去家庭医生和前台护士对话都录音了呢, 结果护士吃他亏了

修东西没修好不给钱, 先不说危险了, 就说你这人还有良心吗? 人家工人给你干活了, 花时间了, 你不给钱, 你贪占那么多钱干嘛? 生不带来死不带走的东西
钱, 除了给你自己生活用, 还可以给你身边的人(包括帮你干活的人, 这些人是在帮助你的生活) 带来快乐的, 你说, 你号称有理,让与你相关的人都不快乐, 你活着干嘛:blink: 你活着就是要做常有理吗:blink:

2012就要到了, 大家想开点, 甭象楼主那样, 工人跑了4,5趟, 280刀工钱还克扣100刀, 还搞得自己很委屈的样子, 还号称自己会赚钱, 别人是眼红他
也不想想, 会赚钱的人, 会为100刀工人的辛苦钱唧唧歪歪吗

他这么做有什么不对呢? 也许他一个人房子太大? 这跟有个室友没啥区别吧?

However, everything is wrong to come here to destroy someone's livelihood sneakingly behind the contract worker and after the business dispute is settled with consents.

Because of this, LZ is very nasty.

A $1000 per month rental is probably a small house. A $500 rental is even smaller. Both places are probably on the North side of Ottawa river.

Good to see many people are sympathetic with the contract worker. The poster who refused to pay the plumbing is probably an exception. Generally speaking, contractors make charges on visit regardless of results.

In any case, LZ's behavior of negative posting to defame the contract worker while both of them agreed on settlement is very nasty.

Hope the string of posting helps to correct LZ's behavior in future.

前面给人的天花板打洞已经证明错误的前提下，换个蜡封还收人现金８０，这个师傅是个欺负同胞的狠主。你看不出来，是你无知，你看出来了，还这么说，是你无耻！

The key is you are stabbing the worker from the back.

If you are truly a man, you should let the worker know your posting here so that he can respond !

So what would you do if you are not happy with a contractor's work? Just keep quiet and hire someone else to fix the problem? He didn't name any names so he's not destroying anybody's livelihood.

I frequently go to yelp and check out restaurant reviews. I also write reviews on restaurants. There has to be a similar way to evaluate a contractor. I ask for references when I hire a contractor but would welcome online reviews. If I were a contractor, I would strive to do the jobs properly and make my customers happy, therefore getting good reviews.

It is normal for you complain of his work. No problem with that. You can also write reviews on the website that both you and the worker can see.

However, it is not moral to post here at the back of the contract worker.

After all, your dispute is settled with goodwill and it is not right to defame the other side since no blatant mischief happened.

I think it would be fair if you post in a place the contract worker can also view.
