凡事要一分为二的看，主要还是楼主的需求。一个产品上市一定有它的卖点，同样也会有它的不足。没具体研究过VENZA，但是如果没记错的话，跟CAMRY,RAV4 HIGHLANDER, AVALON, LEXUS ES, RX350 都是一个底盘，如果楼主的预算是RX350 标准配置的话，如果不介意贴的标签，可以考虑上VENZA V6 AWD 顶佩。机械上的好多东西是一抹一样的，都是KFC生产的

新的RX跟 Venza这些已经不 是一个底盘了。。

个人观点
为了答谢我买车时曾经在此论坛给我答疑解惑的朋友，我也学着谈论一下我的个人观点，仅供参考
首先，我不懂车。半年前，曾经在选择VENZA 和 EDGE 之间纠结。经过几轮试驾，我买了VENZA.理由是此车较易掌控。对于我来说，此车有大车的空间，但你驾驶时却没有大车那种“飘”的感觉，驾驶时非常舒服的空间感且又有较强的可控性，就象你开着小车一样，不知它是怎样作到的，真的很妙！要说不足的话，我唯一感觉就是侧面观察时视野有点不足，你在试车时最好注意一下，看有否我说的情况。

Pro: 1. Pricing, currently you can get a very good deal at Toyota for 2011 model. 2. Spacious interior. 3. Good Safety Rating. 4. Powerful V6, much quiter than I4 engine. 5. Seating is higher than normal sedan, heavier (safer) than sedan.
Con: 1. althougt V6 is powerful, the handling of Venza is so so, typical Toyota, less fun-to-drive than some other model. 2. Interior finihs is OK, not great, plastic looking and feel. Some joint of interior component is large, lack of refinment. 3. Exterior shape is bulky, lack of refinment. 4.Backup camera too small.
BTW, I just bought Venza 4 weeks ago.
Cars were in consideration: Santa Fe V6 (lost in interior finish and dated dashboard design, good performance, warranty of 5 year bumper to bumper, nice handling), Subaru Forester I4 (hardly find 2011 model, 2012 is more expensive. like the interior finish, handling is nice, boxer engine is low center of gravity, full-time 4WD would be more confident in snow and ice)

Venza has 4000 off now, so it is not worth buying the outback
You may also want to wait to see CRV2012, it looks hot from the photo. Also heard it will have more power, more fuel efficient.
