HomeDepot, Walmart all have it. Normally in two tubes and you need to mix them. Follow the instructions. As the other fellow said, you may want to put a piece of metal patch underneath to strength your fix.

无色的胶may not be as strong.

You can try Canadian-Tire. They have 1-minute epoxy glue (transparent) for windshield. But it dries a little bit too fast so you need to be very careful not to misalign the two pieces.

the epoxy you get for Canadian tire, so called 5 min epoxy is not strong enough for this kind of application.
use this one. http://www.westsystem.com/ss/g-flex-epoxy/ , the kit cost 25 dollars. lee valley has it. Check their website to see where to buy.
It takes 7 hour to cure and 5 days to get full strength. It is used to fix boat. I used it. It is very good, and easy to work with.

5 days to get full strength

Both won't be strong enough for moving, I guess.

Epoxy will become hard after it cures but silicon will stay a bit soft. From that perspective, I will choose epoxy.
