请问，有4号回收标志的塑料袋能丢进回收箱吗？

回收塑料，玻璃，金属等的回收箱上有说不让扔进塑料袋，那有4号回收标志的塑料袋呢？到底能不能扔进去呢？先谢了！

According to the link, plastic container with recycle #1-7 all can be recycled

New

* All food and household plastics containers # 1 to7
* (take-out containers, bakery and produce containers (clam shells)
* Pails (remove metal handle)
* Planting trays
* Flower pots
* Single serve yogurt containers
* Clear plastic egg cartons

According to the link, as I understand, all plastic bags should go to the regular garbage, which include those having recycling icons (usually #4). Sigh, confusing.

Plastic bags are not considered as containers.

Didn't see 袋
Plastic bag can be recycled but city doesn't allow it just like city doesn't allow plastic bag and diaper in green bin but the waste process contractor can process them.
