有工作许可、至少有六个月期限的Full-time工作，凭雇主信件，可以办OHIP。

OHIP申请资格的要求不高：只要是提交了移民申请；或者有连续6个月以上的全职工作在手就可以。村长已经正确回答了LZ的问题。
