Hi, a room in a 2-bedroom unit near St. Laurent Shopping Centre is available from mid-December to end of January. The location is conveniently close to the mall, groceries (Metro, Food Basics) and Transitway. The rent is $200 per week, which includes all utilities, heat, in-suite laundry, unlimited internet and parking. Rent would be $500 if you would like to stay from mid-December to end of January.
