湖南老乡过来聚聚：湖南同乡会
It looks there are more 湖南 food lovers than 湖南人. It is the same for "Sichuan bang". How about aaa just hosts a hot pepper lovers' meeting. Every one (or two, maybe) just bring a hot pepper dish. (So only true hot pepper lovers will come.)
