求高手指点：电话铃不响但可以通话是何处故障
家里用VOIP PHONG.换房后接到贝尔的线上后，贝尔的线上接的电话，铃就不响了但可以通话。不清楚贝尔的布线。只是在地下室找到了一个电话线，就连上了。若不接到贝尔的线，就只有地下室有一个电话。电话铃响别处不方便接。 求高手帮助。谢谢。 -
