公司在Ottawa的team不大，只有几个人。Team lead是加拿大人，很懒，几乎没干任何技术工作，下午常在办公室打盹。人还算nice，但喜欢把别人的工作算到自己头上。Manager不在Ottawa，去年只来过Ottawa两次。Manager通过每周的Team lead meeting了解这边的工作情况。 所有team member都是SENIOR position。我是team里技术最强的，干的也最多。基本上是我确定项目方向，开发最困难模块，帮别人解决开发中的问题。 annual report要自己写草稿然后和team lead...
