代人求租： 1、位置要求：离OU很近或在有直达OU的bus站附近（车程应少于15分钟） 2、房子类型：bachelor公寓，有女性室友的2-bedroom公寓或house 3、其它要求：干净，安全，光线好。家具，高速上网，基本电器具备等。能做饭。 4、价格：面议，但请先报价，并留电话。 求租人为女性，生活习惯好，讲究卫生，无任何不良嗜好。

请问：价格如何？房子离OU远吗？若要坐BUS，需多少时间？
