Thanks a lot. I suppose purchasing is still a better choice in respect of saving money. I also talked to a neighbor who rented furnace. She told me in the last 10 years she changed 2 furnaces in the old house. So she prefers rental to owning a furnace for the long run. I guess it really depends...
