To LittleS I have learn French in Montreal and only want to provide your guys some information about COFI to see if it can help. Many classmates of mine waitted around 2 month even more longer.Some of them luckly got space earlier after somebody left. Because of their regulation, Frennch...

They test your guys French level before they arrange a class, if you have never learn French, they will put you in low lever class, if you are Italiy, spanish etc, they usually will be put in a same level class. This is not "种族歧视". Not only here, but also in Montreal...so, do not be mad.

Please check the goverment notices on Ottawa Weekend (last week or the week before last week).There are very detailed regulations they post on Chinese newspaper.
