这个问题网上有讨论，特别是国内，至少要等两个月，请问各位渥村的同胞有没有同样的讲究？

隔壁月初有个“团购： Kanata Lake地区的新房”的帖子，里面有位高人指点曰，“phoenix的操作可能性比较大”。所以，我在这里斗胆开个子贴，看看大家有无兴趣，对phoenix的房子深入探讨一下。我这儿先抛砖引玉了： （1）我不得不承认，我是个后知后觉得人。现在还没有买房或升级的，已经错过了渥村房价疯长的主升浪，而且可恶的是，Kanata Laker 其它在我们老中久负盛名的builders更是变本加厉。剩下的就是phoenix这家，2008年底降价后，价格还在“低点”徘徊。所以，除了价格，再谈其它的其它方面也没有意思了。 （2）我问过Sale's...
