Minto accused lz defaulted on contract since one document was not signed on time. On a real estate transaction, money is the most important thing. Lz already transferred her money from her account to minto, in what degree that minto should believe lz had no intention to close the sale and risked her 66k deposit to default the contract?

I believe it's a fact that lz didn't get her deposit back after the sale fall through for some rediculus reason. In a reasonable case, the deal won't be killed by one day delay of one single document unless the other party had an intention not to close the deal and used that delay as a deadly weapon.

I'll stand on 过老外进口商 side if what you told above is true and if 过老外进口商decideS to fight back with 中国的出口商,I'll support them as well.

I have no problem that people decide not to sign for whatever reason, that's their choice of freedom. And when they spoke out their reason which I might not agree, I won't blame but I will have my opinion on them. 当我觉得有人开始不说人话时，我会忍不住大骂，而没功夫去辩论。也没兴趣
