That certificate is expired (2005) and it seems to be a self signed certificate.
The problem is there is no Root certificate authority in China like Verisign etc. that is wide accepted/trusted in browser world, so https for Chinese website, either get a certificate from US CA or the certificate is NOT trustful.

以前上大学的时候，放假回家订卧铺的时候用过，在网上订个号，第二天去卖票点交钱，好像是，记得12点开始卖票，点不进去，点不进去，还是点不进去，2分钟之后，就没有票了，可缺德了，至今不知道谁成功在网上买到过票
