哪里可找人“直切”一片1米多长的硬木地板？

补地板用，刀口要直。困难的是需要有点斜切（梯形状，两头有3/16英寸差）。

HomeDepot有合适的锯机（木片放上去、一头垫高些，刀子滑切过去正好），但他们怕死不敢干（硬木只作横切、软木才能直切），唉！

请问哪里还能找到这样的切机（服务，愿意付钱）？渥太华有没有硬木地板工厂呢？
（谁能提供有用信息，加声望大大的有）

你这个得找个台锯.......不过1/4"不到的话..可以考虑用皮带SANDER直接打下去...

俺那地板很硬的（硬度3680），一般质量的刀片都很吃力（冒烟、黑烧），木工的刨刀像鸡蛋碰石头、根本奈何不了它。
（锯片不动只能木头移动的）台锯没办法锯斜线，不知道你说的皮带磨沙机行不行。

用螺钉将要切的地板固定在一块宽三夹板板上，边上在垫几块同样的地板，再搭一根1x4做Guide,用circular saw切。注意调整锯片的高度到刚好切断地板。宽度上稍微留点余量，切完用皮带磨沙机打磨一下。

It will be fine if you lay a strip of masking tape over the cut line to keep the wood from chipping as the blade cuts it.

I am also concerned about if the cutting line is straight or not
I can't cut a perfect straight line with circular saw anyway.

With a guide (it is easy to make), you are able to cut straight by using circular saw.

我是初级的，可要是我干，会这样想，

1>。 先上 table saw，留点余量，再用 router 修梯形状与去除余量，这成吗?

2>。 冒烟、黑烧，会不会是进木料的速度太慢呢?

3>。 改用低于 80 的，或加快 feeder 的速度试试呢?

眼馋，能拍个照，让小朋友我开个眼看看是啥样的木料吗? 谢谢!

问问 大哥，taper jig 那个牌子耐用呢? 因为想做四个书架给孩子用，宽11 1/4"、高 41"、长48"的。四边四条高 41" 的木料

是 1 1/2" X 3 1/2"的，作为支柱。想把这四条木料上table saw 斜切，下宽上窄，看着好看些。所以想买 taper jig ，但不知那种好用?
