暖水炉

我们买的minto的房子。租用了“direct ene如果y" 的暖水炉。特贵，每月$44.67+tax, 据说是高效率的。可以省油。

我们打电话去问可不可以换成普通的。回答说要技术员来看，还要多少钱。

请各位多多指教该怎么做，先谢了。

换掉。这个暖水炉更本不省什么气。而且气往死利用一个月烧水部分的费用也就几块钱。

我也是买的Minto的房子。他们为了达到某个energy star house的标准只有选择DE这个型号的热水器。可以说是不考虑用户，纯粹为了建造的标准而考虑的

If your water tank was rented before 2011, Realiance will remove it without charge. In LZ's case (and mine), we are out a luck. Since 2011, you have either to buy it out and keep rent it.

I did not know that you can do that. I want to buy my own HWT too.

Thanks to the tip. I am not sure if my builder will do it, but I'll ask them the next time I call them.

If your water tank was rented before 2011, Realiance will remove it without charge. In LZ's case (and mine), we are out a luck. Since 2011, you have either to buy it out and keep rent it.

我的tank是DE的（不是Realiance），只是让他们换了一台便宜的。
2011年以后装的不能退，只能换，或者买下来。2011年以前的，你可以自己另买一个，然后让装的公司将DE的tank退给DE就没事了。
