try this one. since it's easier and bigger money to sell a house instead of renting it, lots of agents don't like to get into the renting business either.

You can try him. He is a very nice guy, put your house on mls listing for rent ( You can do kijiji yourself, just leave his contact info). He will talk with the client, do the showings, sign the contract and negotiate on behalf of you, he will also do some background check ( you may need to do credit check yourself). The charge is one month's rent.
