Supervisor Trainees
T&T Ottawa store is currently hiring Supervisor Trainees for the following departments:
- Meat
- Seafood
- Bakery
Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will undergo an intensive training program of approximately 3 to 6 months for the purpose of familiarizing with the operation know-how, department daily routines and learn how to run an operating division of the relevant department. Upon successful completion of the training, the candidates will assume supervisory responsibilities of the relevant department.
Requirements:
- College/University graduates
- At least 2 years supervisory experience in retail or food industry
- Energetic individuals with strong leadership
- Computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Chinese is an asset
