CEGEP de l’Outaouais students vote to continue protests

Students at the CEGEP de l’Outaouais have voted to continue demonstrating, despite an agreement reached on the weekend between the province and some of Quebec’s leading student groups to put an end to the protests. The school, a kind of college that prepares many students for university, has suspended classes for its roughly 4,600 students since March in an effort to prevent any injuries resulting from the protests.
