The case is about a person whose name is MarArthur and he has his own stores of Harderware, but now his business meets some troubles after 12 years. His profit dropped and long-time customers complain about the services and quality of products. His son think his father doing too many jobs in the business, such as buying the goods for all the stores, telling the store managers what to do and how to do and so on...
