没想到已经有好几拨华人去把早给她磨出茧子了，

去给俺找出BMO啦锅敢说能给那利息的，回来告诉我！

楼主你就偷偷乐吧，这个利息就是scotia那家branch能给的促销利息，我的scotia home branch客户经理很无奈滴告诉俺她给不了滴。

看到你的留言，我更怒了。这个BMO的看来又想骗我，想留住客户就不惜被客户唾弃吗？！

Probably you are talking about different issue with 西西妈 since 西西妈 has signed her contract and in the meantime her house was closed. Consequently, I believe she does not have a chance to make any change untill the contract is done.
But anyways, it's good to know there is not some specific branch to monopolize the 2.69 rate.

而你们拿到的这个利息不适合我的equity line of credit转mortgage的吧，所以你也对的，我用不了

是的，还有这个line of credit的问题。这次签协议好歹略懂了一些。也就是如果你做了line of credit，那你如果要转BANK的话就需要偿还这个line of credit部分相对应的贷款。貌似是这样的，不知道理解得对不对.

俺脚着这两家的mortgage产品比较适合俺家，

BMO的俺喜欢mortgage里带个equity line of credit cash account的。随时用mortgage利率借钱用，随时可以还回去。

Scotia的mortgage的特色是，一个房产的mortgage可以有三种组合，比如一个房子可以一份浮动，两份长短不同的定息。俺现在就是想把浮动的一部分定息

不是BMO给的我4年2.69%，他只是承诺我他也能弄到这个RATE。实际上我是在scotiabank拿到的4年2.69. 也是在CFC版块上找到的，应该比较容易找。如果找不到，可以问我要链接。
