I would like to add one or two more family members to my account. How do I do this?
When you are creating your family account online, you can add one or two more family members at that time.If you already have a Family PIN and Client Barcode for yourself but would like to add more family members at a later date, please email us or visit your local recreational facility, Client Service Centre, or telephone our City Call Centre at 613-580-2588, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7 am to 7 pm, with the exception of statutory holidays. Every family member should have their own Client Barcode.
