求助:小车祸 !!!

求助:刚刚出了一个小车祸,经过是这样的:



在十字路口,我绿灯快变黄灯时保持速度直行,一辆civic抢黄灯左拐,我立刻踩刹车,但还是撞上了.好在我刹车及时,损害不严重:我的车BUMPER有些漆刮掉了,还有两个小坑,他的车牌撞瘪了.



互相交换了保险公司等信息,去了警察局,警察说Non-Reportable,让我们自己打电话给保险公司处理.



现在我该怎么办?给自己的保险公司打电话还是给他的保险公司打电话?应该是他的全责吧?我的保险明年会涨吗?

Since police didn't give ticket to the other driver, do you have police reference number? You better call your insurance broker (company?), if not, when the other called his/her insurance company, the other party can say the fault was yours. Also, what was the reason given by police not to issue ticket to the other party? Was the other driver Chinese? It seems that you have right of way (over left turn car).
Both insurance companies will reference to the case and decide percentage fault of each party. (If the other driver has ticket, then it is obviously 100 % the other drive fault).
