Do you have health insurance provided by your company? Call the insurance company. However I think you should have called them before you went to see a doctor.

OHP does not cover this kind of expense.

看来没有单位就无法报了。当时在这也快轮上了，一个小手术，正好回国了，就在国内做了，花了几千元人民币。
