A magnitude-3.1 earthquake, strong enough to rattle dishes, shook Ottawa Saturday afternoon. The tremors started at 1:36 p.m. and originated about 13 kilometres southwest of Rockland, according to Natural Resources Canada seismologist Cathy Woodgold.
