OTTAWA — Jasmine Morris was the first person to smile, the first person friends leaned on for support and the first person friends called to share good news. When Morris, 26, died in a fatal collision Sunday night, Alonna Murray, one of her best friends since elementary school, could only think to text “Jazzy” to share how she felt.
