Death of Carleton grad in England not suspicious, police say

OTTAWA — Police in England are not treating as suspicious the death of a 22-year-old Carleton University graduate. Police found the body of Garrett Elsey, originally from Alberta, in a recycling facility Thursday morning. He had just moved to the country to start a master’s degree in international security at the University of Bristol.
